Entrance to the hotel
On April 25th, 2017, the opening night of Travelweek São Paulo by ILTM 2017, the opening ceremony of this dynamic luxury travel event will be held at Oetker Collection’s Palácio Tangará, the 150-room luxury hotel that opens to guests this May 1st. This fabulous preview event has been arranged by Simon Mayle, who heads ILTM for The Americas, and Oetker Collection’s CEO Frank Marrenbach, working closely with the highly-admired GM of the hotel, Celso David do Valle, who last ran Belmond Hotel das Cataratas overlooking Foz de Iguacu. The conversion of the historic palace, named for the colourful bird Tangara Chilensis, has been done by B+H Architects, with interiors by Patricia Anastassiadis William Simonato.
