In 2024, says Stelliers director Simon Hansson Yu, there will a second, complementary selection, covering all south-east Asia with the exception of Greater China. He has to organise, therefore, two sets of judges. Will he be able to rely on existing sponsors expanding to a second judging?  The 2023 Gold sponsors were Evian, introducing its new sparkling water, and Nespresso, with considerable support from MHD Moet Hennessy Diageo and GHC Asia.  It must be mentioned, incidentally, that after a prolonged cocktail – Moët and open bar – The Parisian provided a beautiful four-course banquet, with Cloudy Bay and Terrazas de los Andes wines and perfectly-timed service. At 10.30 many proceeded to an after-party.
