The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong hosts a fund-raising brunch on Sunday November 8th, 2015, to benefit Hong Kong Youth Ballet‘s performance company. What an admirable idea for all concerned. The luxury hotel gets additional brunch business, and since the event runs from 10 a.m. through to 1 p.m., it is still possible to ‘sell’ those tables afterwards, to usual brunch guests.
Hong Kong Youth Ballet gets publicity and income. And the ballerinas receive publicity and encouragement – the photo shows Christiana de Blank (Bronze medal winner of Asian Grand Prix International Ballet Competition 2014), dancing as Princess Florine in Sleeping Beauty. This is what the gal calls an all-round fabulous initiative.
