The Garden at Corinthia Hotel London, above, is a David Collins-designed space with two beautiful fireplaces. It can seat up to 50 diners, enjoying a Mediterranean menu which shows, says Thomas Kochs, MD of this oh-so-central hotel, the team’s love for Italy. The menu this summer, he says, will be one that everybody dreams of, basically everything you want when in your favourite places around the Mediterranean,. Start with a super-wide selection of Rosé Wines, all the ones we know, Domain Ott, Whispering Angel, Miraval, you name it! Then you can chose from red prawn crudo, vegetable fritto misto, Burrata with tomatoes, grilled fish, lamb cutlets and fiorentina steak . The star of the show is a brand new wood fired oven, for unusual pizzas, great for sharing.
