Simply Sunday. What impresses someone who is ultra demanding, asks the gal? Well, as those who know me know, I need a banana every day and masses of mineral water (no gas), and please leave strawberries nude, not ‘robed’ in chocolate. But what about VIPs, what do they want? My friend Stacy Small heads the phenomenally successful Elite Traveler International agency. She was one of the two featured agents at ILTM Americas this last week, and when she arrived at Rosewood Mayakoba she was blown away by the thoughtfulness of her welcome. Someone, obviously led by the hotel boss, Graeme Davis, had laid out a spread of healthy crudités, and green juice, and newspapers from her home town. Stacy tweeted and facebooked and told everyone. That is all really impressive.
