Luxury travel tip, grab every massage moment

Simply Sunday.  Frankly pundits talk a lot of hot air when it comes to keeping fit when travelling.   As the gal has said before, take as much exercise as you can before a flight, and after it.  It helps if you can also walk around or do simple in-seat exercises when you are up in the air. At airports, uses stairs rather than escalators or elevators, and leave people-moving moving walkways to others.

And when there is a chance of a massage, take it.  The Elemis-run spa at Heathrow terminal five‘s British Airways south lounges has these amazing chairs that massage your back and legs magnificently, for 15 minutes straight (or rather up and down, not exactly ‘straight’).  I would love one of these Sasaki 3-series Therapeutic Massage Chairs at home!  Happy travelling, dear reader.
