Young workers at Atlantis made this breakfast buffet sculpture
What a joy it is, when staying in one luxury hotel after another, back to back or end on or however you like to look at it, to find the passionate entrepreneurship of some employees.
This sculpture, I was told with pride by two young foreign stewards in Atlantis The Palm Dubai‘s club lounge, was made by one of their kitchen colleagues. Now it might honestly not be the kind of art you, or I, would put in our kitchens at breakfast time, but the enthusiasm of all their colleagues was infectious.
