
Truffles, spaghetti and Angelini’s…
Simply Sunday. Sometimes simplicity, personally recommended, is just so divine that it suffices, magnificently. The gal was lunching with Ulf and Francesca Bremer at Angelini’s in the busy-friendly luxury hotel that is Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong. The Italian manager said he had just received white truffles, so why not plain just-cooked spaghetti? He grated the truffles himself. DIVINE.
