Jumeirah plans a unique Istanbul hotel

The Atakoy Jumeirah Hotel will be part of Kuzu Group’s Sea Pearl, a $450-million-development on the south shore of Istanbul. The luxury hotel will feature 202 rooms and 62 private residences targeted at affluent local and international guests.

Those staying at the Atakoy can easily reach Istanbul’s city centre and enjoy the city’s rich cultural offering, shopping opportunities at local markets and polished malls or its famed nightlife.

Of course, guests who prefer to stay and relax at the hotel will also find themselves well entertained. Facilities will include a VIP Club, a large sports complex, a wellness centre with a spa and a Turkish hammam as well as indoor and outdoor pools, a shopping arcade and various F&B venues, one of which is set right on the seafront.
