Jack Feeny is studying for a Masters in Regenerative Food, Farming and Enterprise at Schumacher College in Totnes, Devon – he’s also founder of No Mise En Plastic. a free online resource to help chefs eliminate single use products (he’s also building a community of like-minded chefs committed to tackling the negative environmental impacts of hospitality).
