Some chefs are becoming prolific. Gordon Ramsay, for instance, is at CAESARS PALACE in Dubai, above – and at INTERCONTINENTAL LE GRAND in Bordeaux, and he now has two restaurants at THE SAVOY, A FAIRMONT HOTEL in London. He has others, of course, but Girlahead has never thought his presence is ‘too much’.  Frankly, Menton-based Mauro Colnagreco, the Argentinian-Italian chef whose home-based Mirazur restaurant, which has three Michelin stars, is in danger of becoming ubiquitous. His latest ongoing, as opposed to pop-up, restaurant will be at CAPELLA SINGAPORE.

Girlahead loves pop-ups. For eight nights, 17th – 26th February, COMO Castello Del Nero will bring the taste of Tuscany to COMO METROPOLITAN LONDON.  Chef Giovanni Luca Di Pirro has created an exclusive menu highlighting signature dishes that pay homage to the culinary roots of Tuscany – antipasti, homemade pasta, Florentine-style T-bone steak, pizzas, and a selection of hand-picked wines for a true taste of Tuscany. There will also be  two pasta-making masterclasses on 19th and 26th February 2022. Eight students per class will learn the secrets of making the perfect pasta dish from scratch, alongside other Italian classics like Tiramisu.
