Another month, hey ho. Girlahead always look forward but let us take a moment to reflect on last month. What was, even if arguably, the one highlight? The artwork above. It was fourth dish in Massimo Bottura’s dinner of the century, An Italian Night at Osteria Francescana’, Saturday 12th August, at MGM COTAI MACAU #MGMCotai. The spectacular six-course culinary extravaganza was just one of RR1 Robb Report Hong‘s first Culinary Masters’ events. Over three days there were tai chi sessions and amazing wine tastings with Clement Robert MS, and art tours and more. And the finale, with magical-Massimo, and THAT dish. #RR1HongKong
It even had a memorable name, ‘Beautiful, Psychedelic, Spin Painted veal, Charcoal Grilled with Glorious Colors as a Painting’, a tribute to Damien Hirst’s spin-painted canvases.
