Presidential Suite bathroom
Park Hyatt Bangkok, on the site of the former British Embassy, opens October 2017. The 222-room hotel is on floors nine, up, of the 36-floor building, with the lobby on the tenth floor, and an open-air rooftop with restaurant designed by AvroKO (main designer throughout is Yabu Pushelberg). The Presidential Suite, a staggering 5,000 sq ft, takes up the whole of the 33rd floor (see its bathroom, above and left), and it has an outdoor terrace and, indoors, a plunge pool, steam room and jacuzzi, gym and spa room.
