Authentic temple food at a luxury Seoul hotel

Executive Chef of Park Hyatt Seoul, Federico Heinzmann, originally from Argentina, has totally immersed himself in Korean temple food. He works with Buddhist monk, the Venerable Sunjae, to make sure that the Hansik, or traditional, food that the luxury hotel offers is truly authentic. “It is extremely sharp and there is nothing quite like it”, says Heinzmann, who adds that Koreans, when travelling, always want their own food.
