In early 2018 Four Seasons Resort at Desroches Island, a conversion of Desroches Island Resort, opens its door: the island is a 35-minute flight from Mahe International Airport. Like the existing Four Seasons Resort Seychelles, which is also owned by Ali Albardy, the GM will be Four Seasons’ country manager, Adrian Messerli. Designed by Singapore-based Eco.id, Four Seasons Resort at Desroches Island will have 40 beach suites, a spectacular seven bedroom Presidential Suite, with three separate swimming pools – and 11 private-residence villas. Desroches Island is four miles long. It has 8.7 miles of pristine white-sand beaches, lush coconut groves and total privacy.
